Greece is now the fifth most expensive market in Europe for short-term rentals, with the average price per night reaching 250 euros for the period July-August 2025, Kathimerini reported.

This amount is lower only than that in Monaco, Iceland, the UK and Spain, according to data from AirDNA. On the popular islands, the price per night has jumped to 750 euros on Mykonos, 493 euros on Antiparos and 380 euros on Paros.

On Spetses, the average price reaches 371 euros, and the top five places are completed by Santorini (pictured) with an average price of 362 euros.

Bookings show that occupancy is significantly higher on islands with lower prices, such as Skiathos and Zakynthos. І BGNES
