Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet with European leaders in Paris on Thursday, September 4, to discuss security guarantees to prevent Russian attacks if a peace agreement is reached with Moscow, his office said.

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Zelensky's chief of staff, wrote on social media that the Ukrainian leader will meet with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

Other planned meetings include NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The topic of the talks will be "intensive discussions on security guarantees for Ukraine." | BGNES, AFP
