Harry Potter star Rupert Grint has been photographed with his newborn baby after becoming a father for the second time.

The 36-year-old actor, who played Ron Weasley, stepped out in Hampstead, London, with his long-time girlfriend Georgia Groome and their baby.

Rupert, dressed all in black, smiled as he held the newborn to his chest during the family outing.

The baby, who was wrapped in a cute blanket, appears to have inherited Rupert's bright red hair.

Georgia and Rupert welcomed their first child, daughter Wednesday, almost five years ago.

Rupert then created an Instagram account to announce the birth of his first child and quickly gained over a million followers.

At the time, he wrote: "Hello, Instagram... only 10 years late, but here I am. Grint on Instagram! I'd like to introduce you to Wednesday G. Grint. Take care, Rupert."

The actor's second and last post was more than three years ago, marking his reunion with his Harry Potter co-stars. His profile now has 5.3 million followers. | BGNES
