Pamela Anderson's style is a reflection of what she is going through in her life.
The Baywatch star revealed that she doesn't follow fashion trends because she is "a bit of a rebel" and instead uses clothes and jewelry to express herself and emphasize her mood.
"Style is related to what you go through in life and how you want to present yourself to the world. I'm not really a follower of fashion trends and I'm a bit of a rebel," she told Glamour magazine.
Pamela also shared her best fashion advice: "Wear what you want. Wear what you want. Jewelry is a good way to express yourself—makeup, no makeup, whatever you want. We say more with our appearance than with our words—everything is connected."
"If you want to be in a good mood, wear something fun, put on some jewelry. All of that helps. It emphasizes your mood. It's not like looking six months ahead and saying, "I'll wear this, I'll wear that. You just wake up in the morning, look in your closet, open your jewelry box, and decide what you're going to wear today, regardless of how you felt yesterday. It's a new day. A fresh start," she explained.
Anderson previously stated that she believes imperfections are "sexy."
The actress has embraced the no-makeup look in recent years and admitted that she was surprised by the reaction to her appearance.
"I didn't think anyone would notice. I was just doing it for myself. I said to myself, 'I'm not going to play that game. ' I thought it really wasn't that important — people would see me for five minutes, how bad could it be?" she told PORTER.
Pamela is determined to embrace her perceived imperfections and hopes her approach will inspire younger women.
"In a way, I'm doing it for the girls. In this world of social media, it's easy to fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others. Imperfections are human, they're sexy. Differences are what make us interesting," she insisted. | BGNES
