The largest boutique of its kind in the southern hemisphere was formally inaugurated on Thursday night at the ceremonial inauguration of Swatch's Collins Street store in Melbourne. Swatch is a Swiss watchmaker. During the evening's festivities, friends of the brand turned out to see exhibits of some of Swatch's most popular collections, such as their Peanuts capsule and the Swatch x OMEGA line. A custom pop-up activity honoring the modern artists responsible for the exquisite artworks on each watch face marked the brand's recent partnership with London's Tate Gallery. /BGNES
