The LA Clippers tied the Western Conference first-round playoff series with the Denver Nuggets after winning game number 2 105:102 on the road. The first match went to the Colorado team after an overtime win, but this time the Clippers took revenge and Denver's home court advantage.
Kawhi Leonard was above all for the Californians with his 39 points, 12 of which came in the last quarter. He added 3 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals and 1 block. James Harden scored 18 points and 7 assists, and center Ivica Zubac finished with a double-double - 16 points and 12 rebounds. Norman Powell scored 13 points.
For Denver, Nikola Jokic had a triple-double with 26 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists, but also committed 7 errors. Cade Cunningham led the Pistons with 33 points and 12 rebounds, one of three Pistons players with a double-double. The other two were Tobias Harris and Jalen Duran. Dennis Schroder was very useful off the bench - 20 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists, on 3/5 from beyond the arc.
