At the Allianz Stadium, the new addition to the Old Lady's attack - Jonathan David, opened the scoring after about an hour of play. In the 83rd minute, the hosts were reduced to ten men after Andrea Cambiaso's direct red card, but that didn't stop them from putting the game to bed with a second goal immediately after the red card. Its was scored by Dušan Vlahović, who came as a substitute to David, after Kenan Yildiz's second assist in the match.

In the next round, Juve visit Genoa, while Parma host Atalanta.
