According to them, the US leader called Musk's behavior “insane” in a conversation with his aides and “linked it to drugs.” At the same time, Trump previously stated that he was not concerned about the information that appeared in the press about Musk's use of banned substances.

According to the New York Times, Musk actively used drugs during Trump's election campaign.
