Rayan Ait Nouri has signed for Manchester City from Wolverhampton Wanderers for an initial fee of around £31m. He is City's first summer signing.

The deal could rise to £36m with add-ons, with the left-back signing a five-year contract with the Citizens.

Ait Nouri will be available to Pep Guardiola and company for the Club World Cup, which begins later this week. The Algerian's former club in France, Angers, will receive around £9.7m from the transfer due to a 50% sell-on clause.

Manchester City have also agreed deals for AC Milan midfielder Tijjani Reijnders and Lyon forward Rayan Cherki and are expected to announce their transfers soon.
