Actor Christian Bale turned Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda fashion show into a family affair, appearing at the event in Rome alongside his wife Sandra “Sibi” Blažić and their two children, Page Six reported.

Bale and Blažić, who have been married since January 2000, are the parents of daughter Emmeline “Luka”, 20, and son Joseph, 10. The four-member family wore coordinated black outfits and posed for a rare group photo.

The 51-year-old American Psycho star looked elegant in a black suit, while his wife impressed in a long black lace gown with her hair down. Luka wore a style similar to her mother’s, including a matching necklace, with her hair styled in a bun. Joseph sported a suit like his father’s — all outfits were designed by the Italian fashion brand.

Although Bale and his 55-year-old wife, a former model, generally keep their children out of the public eye, Luka and Joseph have attended Dolce & Gabbana events before. In 2021, Luka even walked the Alta Moda runway alongside other celebrity children, wearing a tulle embroidered dress. The following year, she and her brother appeared again, with Luka later sharing her gratitude in an Instagram post that was eventually deleted.

In addition to following in her mother’s fashion footsteps, Luka made her acting debut in Thor: Love and Thunder, which also starred her father. Joseph also appeared in the film, with both children portraying kids from New Asgard. They even helped director Taika Waititi design the monsters summoned by Bale’s character, Gorr.

“He asked them to draw a bunch of sketches, and then the visual artists created monsters based on those,” Bale told Marvel at the time. “Taika created an incredible family atmosphere on set.”

Meanwhile, the multi-day Dolce & Gabbana event kicked off with a stunning performance by Cher, who appeared in two different looks and wigs — one of which referenced her iconic bodysuit from If I Could Turn Back Time.

It remains to be seen whether Luka will take to the runway again later this week. |BGNES
