A Lufthansa aircraft flying from Sofia to Frankfurt made an emergency landing at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade shortly before 1 p.m., Belgrade's Tanjug airport confirmed.

Passengers are currently in the terminal, awaiting the airline's decision on how to continue their journey.
