Carlos Alcaraz is in the third round of the French Open. The Spanish talent, last year's champion at Roland Garros, continues to defend his title, albeit with his first lost set of the tournament - a victory over Fabian Marozsán of Hungary with 6-1, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 in about two hours and ten minutes.

Alcaraz, who initially overcame Italian qualifier Giulio Zepieri in three sets, had to work a little harder against Marozsán, but apart from the second set, in the remaining three he was more than convincing, giving the Hungarian a total of four games in them. Alcaraz made eight breaks of serve and finished with 41 winners and 25 unforced errors.
