West recounts in the song that he had a sexual relationship with his cousin as a child, Page Six reported.
"This song is called COUSINS (cousins) about my cousin who was imprisoned for life for killing a pregnant woman a few years after I told him we would no longer 'look at dirty magazines together,'" he told his followers. "Maybe in my self-centered mess I felt it was my fault for showing him those dirty magazines when he was 6 years old, and then we acted out what we saw."
