The Israeli army has issued orders to mobilize tens of thousands of reservists ahead of a planned expansion of its offensive against Hamas in Gaza, Israeli media reported.
The reservists will be sent to replace conscripts and active soldiers in Israel and the occupied West Bank so that they can be transferred to Gaza. A military spokesman neither confirmed nor denied the information. | BGNES, AFP
