Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said Russia must give a "clear answer" on whether it will accept a ceasefire if civilian targets are hit - a proposal Moscow says it will "analyse".
"Ukraine stands by its proposal not to strike at least civilian infrastructure. And we expect a clear response from Moscow. We are ready for any conversation on how to ensure this," Zelensky said in his evening address. | BGNES, AFP
