Kanye West has strongly responded to the amended lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, in which she accuses him of sexual assault, battery, and unlawful imprisonment, Page Six reports.
“Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has submitted,” a spokesperson for the Yeezy brand stated. “Each revision contradicts the previous one; each is more absurd and ridiculous than all the others combined. Whether Ms. Pisciotta truly believes her fabrications — we cannot know. But this latest episode in her fantastical saga undermines the credibility of her past, present, and future testimony.”
The spokesperson added: “The courts are not a place for delusions and psychological disturbances. We are prepared to destroy Ms. Pisciotta’s fabrications before a jury — an acquittal so inevitable that even she, lost in the fog of her fantasies, must foresee it.”
Yeezy representative Milo Yiannopoulos also forcefully defended the "Heartless" artist, calling Pisciotta’s claims “absurd” and “quadruple-edited.” He emphasized that she “chose precisely this rapper, who abhors violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a weapon.”
“A blackmailer with Ms. Pisciotta’s ambition should choose her targets more carefully,” he said.
In response to the accusations, Pisciotta’s attorney Lisa Bloom told the Daily Mail: “While Kanye West’s publicist has issued a well-written (but completely false and defamatory) statement against Ms. Pisciotta, Kanye himself has publicly admitted to many of her allegations. His publicist is silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he won’t be able to hide behind a highly paid PR team.”
The attorney’s statement follows Pisciotta’s latest revision of her June 2024 lawsuit, in which she accuses the musician of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. The former Yeezy employee alleges that the Grammy-winning artist sexually assaulted her during a business trip to San Francisco.
According to her claims, after she refused intimate relations, West kissed her and touched her genitals while masturbating in his hotel room. He then allegedly barged into her room, asked to use her shower, and forced her into oral sex while she was “paralyzed with fear.”
Pisciotta also claims that West “regularly offered women as sexual gifts,” and did so with her, offering her to a partner he was intimate with. She describes several other incidents of sexual harassment, including comments about her body, pressure to wear tight clothing, groping, coercion to watch sexual acts with other women, receiving pornographic images and being pressured to send similar ones, as well as invitations to participate in sexual encounters.
Additionally, according to the lawsuit, after her termination, West moved into the building where she lived, causing her to fear for her safety. She claims he grabbed her by the throat and licked her ear.
Pisciotta has revised her lawsuit multiple times, with the initial allegations against West dating back to the summer of 2023. Yeezy’s legal team dismissed the claims early on as “baseless” and labeled the lawsuit “frivolous.” | BGNES
